2013 New Year's Resolutions

Be here now.
Be mindful. Meditate daily.
Be open. 
Eat even better: More cruciferous, and carotenoids. Remember daily: Sugar is poison. Processed is bad
Walk in the light. Jog in the light, too. 
Take media breaks. 
Try something new at least once week. 
Organize thy finance$
Read from an old fashioned book every day.
Reduce thy carbon footprint.
