Healthy changes that occur can spark
an awakening.

A renewal of mind, body and spirit.

Habits don't take hold immediately.

They take time.

They take patience and conviction.

Habits begin with the first decision and then
begin to find a rhythm after a week and then a
month.

Healthy habits become a part of us.

They help to define us, they become a
big part of our life.

Our structure.

Our personality.

In time they become easy because we
see how they change us for the better.

Our new selves are formed by our habits.
